THE BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Prepayment

The confirmation of your reservation is guaranteed upon payment of a refundable security deposit of   3000 rubles   . Once the security deposit is paid, the apartment will be reserved for you. The remaining accommodation fee is payable on the day of arrival. Upon receipt of the security deposit, we will send a confirmation voucher to your provided email or WhatsApp number.

Check-in/check-out rules

Normal check-in time is from 14:00 , and check-out time is no later than 12:00. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to a charge of 50% of the daily rental rate, provided the apartment is vacant on the day of check-in/check-out.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.
Up to one child under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Internet

Wi-Fi is provided free of charge in all apartments.

Parking

Parking is available upon prior arrangement and is subject to a fee.

Pets allowed

Pets are permitted upon prior request and may incur an additional charge.

Cancellation of Booking

If cancellation is made up to 5 days before the expected arrival date, the security deposit is fully refundable. Cancellations made less than 5 days before the expected arrival date result in the security deposit being non-refundable. Please note that an insurance deposit of 3000 rubles must be paid within 3 days after the booking date.

Inventory damage

Guests are responsible for the safety of the apartment and its equipment. In the event that damage occurs to the apartment, its equipment, or neighboring property due to the fault of the guests, the guest is obligated to compensate for the cost of repair or replacement. Guests must inform the manager immediately in the event of any damage.
