THE BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Prepayment

The guest guarantees booking by deposit payment of the first night stay. We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, DinersClub or MIR) or prepayment by Western Union.

After the deposit payment the apartment is reserved for you. The remaining balance you will pay on arrival date. As soon as we get the first night payment we send accommodation confirmation vaucher.

Check-in/check-out rules

Regular check-in time is after  2.00PM  and regular check-out time is noon  12.00PM .
Early check-in & late check- out is charged at additional 50% of one night's stay and we may provide this service only in case if apartment is available.

The first night payment amount is Fully refundable unless stay is canceled or reduced

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.
Up to two children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Internet

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Parking

No parking available.

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellations made more than  5 days  before date of check-in we make a full refund of your deposit.
Cancellations/date amendment made less than  5 calendar days  before date of check-in are treated as no-shows and will result in a penalty of one night's stay fee

Attenion! All payments are due within  3 days  after the booking date.

Inventory damage

Guest(s) will be held responsible for the full cost of repair of any damage done to the apartment, equipment in it, furniture, key lost and/or neighboring apartment(s), due to the guest's negligence or abuse.
Guest(s) must inform the company of any damage /breakages during his/her stay immediately.
